Relationships are hard.
You don't have to figure them out alone.
I coach individuals and couples through the parts of relationships that people usually try to white-knuckle in private — dating, choosing the right partner, healing after betrayal, deciding whether to try again with an ex, and building the daily habits that make love actually last.
Gottman-trained, CBT-informed, and 9 years in. Start with a free 15-minute consult — no pressure, no commitment.

What I coach on
The stages of love that actually need help.
I work with people at every point on the arc — from figuring out who to be with, to healing what's broken, to building something that lasts.
After infidelity
Navigate the first days after discovering betrayal, decide what you actually want, and rebuild — or leave — with clarity.
Emergency supportGetting back together with your ex
Understand what really went wrong, whether reconciliation is realistic, and how to approach a second chapter without repeating the first.
Finding your person
Break the pattern of the wrong partners. Get clear on what you actually need, how you show up on dates, and what to stop tolerating.
Building healthy relationship habits
The small daily practices — how you argue, how you repair, how you connect — that quietly decide whether a relationship lasts.
Communication & conflict
Fight less, and when you do fight, fight cleaner. Practical Gottman-based tools for the arguments that keep looping.
Rebuilding trust & intimacy
Whether trust has been broken by betrayal, distance, or years of drift — the work of coming back into real closeness.

About Quinn
Nine years, hundreds of couples, one focus.
I've spent the last nine years coaching individuals and couples through the parts of love that don't come with an instruction manual — the confusing dating patterns, the fights that keep looping, the betrayals, the drift, the do-we-try-again moments.
My work is grounded in the Gottman Method for couples and CBT-informed techniques for individuals. It's practical, direct, and shaped around your actual situation — not a script.

Frequently asked questions
The things people ask before booking.
Is this therapy?
No — this is coaching, not long-term therapy. My work is grounded in Gottman Method training and CBT-informed techniques, applied practically to the situation you're actually in. It's direct, forward-moving, and works alongside (not instead of) ongoing therapy if you're already in it.
Do I need to come with my partner?
No. Plenty of people come solo — sometimes because their partner isn't ready, sometimes because the work they need to do is their own. Couples are welcome too. Either way is fine.
What's the best way to start?
The free 15-minute consult. It's a short call for us to meet, hear what you're facing, and see if working together feels right. From there we can plan a full session or an ongoing arrangement.
Is it confidential?
Completely. Everything discussed is private. Nothing is shared with anyone.
